About the role
As a Revenue Optimization Manager, you will use data-driven market insights and cross-functional collaboration to improve Preferred partner performance and revenue. You will guide strategy, refine processes, and align stakeholders around clear, actionable insights and frameworks.
We’re looking for a thoughtful, results-oriented problem solver who will work closely with Sales, Operations, Analytics, Product, and other teams to lead initiatives that are critical to growing and scaling our business. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, can turn complex information into simple, easy-to-understand insights, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
This is a role for someone who:
Searches for answers with dedicated curiosity
Can distill complicated information into easy-to-understand insights
Is comfortable leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders
Doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to dive into data and operations
In this role, you will:
Be the market specialist: Partner with sales leaders and business intelligence teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, top-performing partners, and opportunities to expand or grow the business.
Drive decisions with data: Monitor and report on program performance, build and interpret analyses and dashboards, and use data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend actions that improve outcomes.
Own partner performance frameworks: Manage the iteration and implementation of the frameworks for how we evaluate Premier Agent partner performance, ensuring they are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Lead cross-functional projects: Scope problems, define success metrics, build structured project plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, and drive work from concept through execution and post-mortem.
Operate with excellence: Execute revenue optimization and allocation processes in an organized, consistent, and thoughtful manner to drive business results at scale.
Communicate effectively: Synthesize complex analyses and business context into clear narratives and recommendations for Sales, Partner Success, Analytics, and leadership; ensure everyone is working in sync toward shared goals.
Challenge the status quo: Identify process inefficiencies and experience gaps, then propose, socialize, and implement improvements with the appropriate stakeholders.
Partner across the business: Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Operations to test ideas, influence roadmaps, and support experimentation that improves partner and consumer outcomes.
Who you are
4+ years of experience in consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, program management, or business unit management.
Analytically strong: Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar) strongly preferred.
Project and stakeholder manager: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, building structured plans, managing timelines, and aligning diverse stakeholders (Sales, Analytics, Product, Operations).
Strong communicator: Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; able to pose complex strategic decisions for business leaders with clarity and precision and to translate data into compelling narratives.
Owner mindset: You have a track record of “owning it” — there is no problem too large and no solution too lofty when it comes to getting the job done.
Strategic and operational thinker: Able to identify, develop, and implement solutions to complex problems from strategic, operational, and customer perspectives.
Comfortable with ambiguity: You can bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces, prioritize ruthlessly, and focus teams on the highest-impact work.
