Your role

Have you ever chased a giant drone… with another drone? If that sounds like your idea of fun, you’re in the right place.

We’re looking for someone who loves telling stories through video and photos – from that very first spark of an idea all the way to the final cut. Whether it’s creating short and entertaining Instagram clips, launching a new product with a high-impact video, or producing an in-depth documentary, your creativity will have total freedom here. You’ll plan shoots, grab the camera, and capture the kind of footage that makes people curious about our technology – showing, not just telling, what makes Voliro and our team so unique.

If words like LUTs, frame rates, and ND filters actually make sense to you – and you can mix creativity with a healthy dose of “get it done” attitude – you might be exactly who we’re looking for to join our small, ambitious marketing crew.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and execute engaging video projects: develop storyboards with compelling messages, organize shooting schedules, lead the production process, handle editing, and deliver impactful videos.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to present Voliro to the world in a modern, dynamic, and bold way.
• Collaborate with customer success and engineering team to create content showcasing customer stories and technical impact.
• Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Use your creativity, trend awareness, and visual storytelling skills to make our content stand out.
• Take initiative and show responsibility — work independently while having access to experienced colleagues for support.
• Capture and edit photography content for marketing materials, events, and social media.
• Travel occasionally to production sites across Europe.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content.

We provide professional filmmaking equipment (SONY cameras, DJI drones, lenses, lights, etc.). At the same time, you’ll have the freedom to bring in your own ideas, try things out, and create content in your own style.

Your profile

• Practical experience in film production and video editing using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar).
• Experienced in operating consumer drones such as the DJI Mavic for capturing cinematic aerial videos and high-quality photos.
• Education, training, or workshops in film production, content creation, or a related field.
• Familiarity with photo editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign or similar.
• Ability to manage projects from idea to final delivery under time constraints.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative spirit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Good command of spoken and written English (German is a plus).

Bonus points

• Experience with AI marketing tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design.
• Motion graphics & animation skills (e.g., After Effects).
• Familiarity with social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Interest in drone technology is a big plus.

Please make sure the link remains accessible for us for a few weeks so we can view it. - or - You can provide links to any other profiles, such as your website or social media, where we can see some of your work.
2. Please create a short 40–60 second video about yourself in an IG Reel style (hook + main part + outro), as if you were presenting yourself to Voliro through Instagram. Don’t spend more than 30 minutes on editing – creativity is more important than quality.
