The Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to serve as an operational and strategic anchor for our Marketing and Creative team. This role is designed for a professional who excels at the intersection of process optimization and creative execution. This role will be responsible for helping define the workflows that drive our department’s success while contributing to our most impactful creative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize marketing and creative operations, processes, and systems
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing marketing assets.
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations tasks of the marketing and creative team.
  • Support planning and oversight of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, and paid ads)
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, content)
  • Cultivate brand positioning and ensure messaging consistency across all channels
  • Identify new growth opportunities and customer segments
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
  • Support the development and production of marketing content and collateral
  • Support internal and external event planning and production

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3–8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while providing exceptional quality of work.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • The ability and willingness to drive regularly to various Veev’s home sites throughout the Bay Area, including Santa Rosa, the East Bay, and San Jose.
  • Ability and availability to support experiences and events on evenings and weekends.

Compensation

Offers are based on a combination of experience, skills, and location. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 annually for Hayward, CA.
