Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute the Supply Chain Analytics vision, mission, strategy, and policy across the global operations network at the site level.
- Apply procurement principles and concepts of Total Cost of Ownership to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Utilize forecasting and inventory management principles to support operational efficiency.
- Define, standardize, and continuously improve global processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Leverage data analytics and systems knowledge, including ERP platforms, Power BI, and reporting tools, to deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Oracle ERP and BI report models, including business configuration for global operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Finance) to ensure consistent use of global Oracle ERP systems.
- Manage and maintain procurement cost management tools to project savings and EMS cost files, while driving process improvements.
- Validate data and reports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy of performance metrics.
- Document processes and maintain user reference guides by creating and updating database descriptions.
- Define and develop performance KPIs and reporting templates to measure success and drive accountability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations, or related roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Power BI, and data reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of procurement principles, Total Cost of Ownership, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams.
- Ability to manage budgets and forecasts while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in global operations within the utilities or energy technology sector.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle ERP configuration and BI reporting models.
- Familiarity with cost management tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process standardization initiatives across multiple sites
