At WorkWave, we build innovative software solutions with AI capabilities for the people who keep our world safe, clean, and beautiful, from pest control to lawn care, commercial cleaning to security services. With over 8,000 customers around the globe, our platform helps these hardworking service professionals run and grow their businesses from end to end: from customer acquisition to scheduling, billing, payments, and beyond.
Our vision is simple but powerful: empower the world’s mobile service workers to build a brighter future. And we back that up with decades of experience, a passionate team, and an unwavering commitment to helping our customers thrive.
Why join now? We are looking for a visionary Director of Product, Fintech to join our product leadership team. You won't just be managing features; you will be building the financial nervous system for the field service industry. By integrating high-velocity fintech solutions directly into our software, you’ll help our customers save money, grow their businesses, and support their employees.
This is a dual-impact leadership role. You will lead the Build, Launch, and Scale phase of our new Embedded Payroll offering while simultaneously managing the complex roadmap of our comprehensive Fintech infrastructure.
Your goal is to transform WorkWave into the definitive "one-stop-shop" platform where Software, AI, and Fintech converge to eliminate friction for small business owners and enterprise giants alike.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Launch Embedded Payroll: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our new Payroll product. From vendor selection, API integration & integrated UX design, to go-to-market strategy and scaling, you will ensure our customers can pay their teams as seamlessly as they schedule their jobs.
- Master the Fintech Ecosystem: Manage the strategic roadmap for a massive, multi-product infrastructure including:
- Payment Acceptance: Card, ACH, and Check processing.
- Lending & Capital: Capital advances and Consumer Financing.
- Banking & Disbursements: Bill Pay, Cash Flow Banking, and Fleet Cards.
- Managed Services: Overseeing the product requirements for Collections and Dispute Agents.
- Drive AI Integration: Partner with our Engineering and Data teams to leverage AI in automating cash flow forecasting, fraud detection, and optimized collections.
- Strategic Leadership: Align the Fintech roadmap with WorkWave’s broader vision, ensuring every financial tool drives stickiness and growth for our core Pest, Lawn, Janitorial and Security customers.
- Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all products meet the rigorous standards of the financial services industry while maintaining a seamless user experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Fintech Expertise: You have 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a significant portion dedicated to Fintech, Payments, or Embedded Finance.
- Builder Mindset: You have a proven track record of launching complex products (ideally Payroll or Banking-as-a-Service) from the ground up.
- Strong Systems Thinking: You can navigate the intricacies of multi-product platforms and understand how disparate services (like Fleet Cards and Collections) weave together into a unified customer experience.
- Industry Advocacy: You are passionate about the Field Service industry and understand the unique financial challenges faced by landscaping, janitorial, and pest control businesses.
- Leadership: You are a master of cross-functional influence, capable of rallying Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams around a shared vision.
