Despite being the biggest asset class in the world, the commercial real estate industry relies on excel & PDF “Rent Roll” documents as the primary means of exchanging data. These files are frequently inconsistent, inaccurate, and inaccessible, posing challenges for real estate professionals. Through automated data capture, standardisation, and analysis, PRODA can:
- Build repositories of clean, standardised data
- Increase process efficiency, through faster report generation
- Improve data-driven decision making, by ensuring the accuracy of input data
Furthermore, PRODA easily integrates with existing systems, to ensure consistent dataflow through the whole organisation.
Founded in 2017 by Charles and Peter, two former Real Estate Finance Investment professionals, PRODA is now 66 people strong, and is looking to expand rapidly following a successful Series A raise in Q2 2022.

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Product Manager to lead the discovery and development of a brand new product that automates the processing of trial balance and general ledger data within the PRODA platform. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their workflows and pain points, and partner with the wider product team to ensure alignment with PRODA’s overall vision and platform strategy. This is a true 0–1 product build, requiring deep collaboration with design, engineering, and internal stakeholders from concept through to launch.
Based in London, the role is hybrid with two days per week on-site in our collaborative office. It’s a unique opportunity to build a new product from scratch while contributing to the evolution of the PRODA platform and the future of financial data in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery and definition of a new product for automating the processing of trial balance and general ledger data within the PRODA platform.
- Collaborate closely with users and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, use cases, and pain points.
- Define and evolve product requirements, ensuring strong alignment with customer needs and the broader PRODA product suite.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritising initiatives that deliver high value and align with company objectives.
- Work closely with engineering and design to prototype, validate, and ship intuitive, workflow-aware solutions.
- Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders, including leadership and clients.
- Champion high standards of data integrity, usability, and automation in the product experience.
- Continuously assess user feedback and market developments to inform product strategy and differentiation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field or relevant practical experience.
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or data-centric platforms.
- Proven track record of taking a product from 0 to 1, including discovery, validation, and delivery.
- Experience working directly with external clients or users to gather feedback and shape product direction.
- Strong ability to write clear user stories, prioritize effectively and manage cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and their practical application in development teams.
- Confident working and collaborating with engineers on complex data structures.
- Effective communicator, able to align internal teams and external stakeholders around product decisions.
- Analytical thinker with a structured, outcomes-oriented approach to problem solving.
- An understanding of commercial real estate data OR accounting practices OR financial documents is a bonus but not essential.
