Despite being the biggest asset class in the world, the commercial real estate industry relies on excel & PDF “Rent Roll” documents as the primary means of exchanging data. These files are frequently inconsistent, inaccurate, and inaccessible, posing challenges for real estate professionals. Through automated data capture, standardisation, and analysis, PRODA can:

  • Build repositories of clean, standardised data
  • Increase process efficiency, through faster report generation
  • Improve data-driven decision making, by ensuring the accuracy of input data

Furthermore, PRODA easily integrates with existing systems, to ensure consistent dataflow through the whole organisation.

Founded in 2017 by Charles and Peter, two former Real Estate Finance Investment professionals, PRODA is now 66 people strong, and is looking to expand rapidly following a successful Series A raise in Q2 2022.

The Role

As the Marketing Lead, you will own the development and execution of our marketing strategy, combining digital marketing excellence with strategic planning to position our products as market leaders. You will play a crucial role in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across digital channels, conferences & events. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B SaaS experience, a solid foundation in marketing analytics, and a passion for innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on demand generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

  • Lead Digital Marketing Efforts: Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content) to drive qualified leads and increase online visibility.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse marketing metrics and performance data to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI. Implement marketing automation and analytics tools to support this.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams: Align marketing efforts with sales goals, develop product positioning and messaging, and support go-to-market strategies.

  • Content and Thought Leadership: Develop compelling content strategies to establish the company’s voice and thought leadership in the proptech and CRE sectors.

  • Event and Partnership Marketing: Manage industry events, webinars, and partnerships to enhance brand exposure.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • Proven track record in a senior marketing role, ideally as Head of Marketing or Marketing Director, within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, channels, and best practices.
  • Experience in protech or commercial real estate (CRE) sectors is highly advantageous.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • An MBA is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
