Procore is looking for an Sales Development Representative | Nordics, to join our high-performing sales team in Dublin. Our Sales Development team is an essential component of our sales model and has helped fuel our incredible growth for the past several years. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll develop an understanding of the construction industry and Procore’s products to help improve one of the world’s largest industries.

This position is based out of Dublin, reporting into a Sales Development Manager and we’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Create new business opportunities to fuel Procore’s growth
Partner with an Account Executive based in Norway to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their pain points and identify opportunities to solve them
Be empowered to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business
Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business

Conduct daily activities, including
Pre-call research and planning
Make a high volume of calls per day
Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
Maintain Salesforce records
What we're looking for:
1+ years of experience in SaaS sales
Professional fluency in English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)
Proven quota attainment record
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Strong desire to build a career in Sales
Resilient and results-driven, with the curiosity and perseverance to succeed in a high-volume outbound role
Self-aware and coachable, able to take feedback and adapt quickly
Collaborative, motivated, and empathetic in your approach to work
Additional Information
Base Pay Range:
40,040.00 - 55,055.00 EUR AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
57,200.00 - 78,650.00 EUR AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
