Join Procore as a Senior Product Manager, Identity & Access Management, and help us connect the entire construction industry on a global platform. You'll play a key role in shaping the strategy for our Access Management Platform, developing the next generation of advanced access management experiences. Partner your and other Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to define and execute on the roadmap for consumer-facing and developer platforms. Use your product management skills and technical knowledge to envision, inspire, clarify and evangelize the roadmap.

What you'll do:
- Help shape and execute the strategy for our access management solutions (Fine-Grained Authorization, AI Agent Permissions, Scopes), focusing on secure, seamless user access and a best-in-class user experience.
- Utilize your product management and communication skills, along with your technical knowledge, to envision and evangelize a compelling product roadmap that delivers tangible customer value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to define and deliver scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly features for consumers and developers.
- Engage with internal and external customers to create requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Be hands-on with day-to-day product management, including customer interviews, documentation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
- Establish metrics to monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement of our IAM solutions.
What we're looking for:
- You have at least 6 years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- You possess a strong understanding of the IAM domain (including Fine-Grained Authorization and Zanzibar), industry best practices, and emerging technologies..
- You have experience building and launching successful SaaS or enterprise platform products, and a proven ability to translate customer needs into successful product features.
- You're a self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity, providing clear direction and building strong relationships across cross-functional teams to align on priorities and drive product success.
- You know how to define and track key metrics, ensuring a measurable impact. You lead successful product launches by leveraging discovery techniques, validating ideas, and creating effective adoption strategies.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
