We’re looking for a customer-obsessed and strategic Product Manager to drive the future of Open Items, a critical product at the heart of every construction project on Procore. You’ll join a high-impact team dedicated to helping our customers increase collaboration and complete their projects on time and on budget.

This is a unique opportunity to own the roadmap for a highly visible product that is essential to our customers’ success. You’ll work to remove friction from the daily lives of our users, enabling them to complete tasks efficiently and keep their projects moving forward.

This position reports to the Group Product Manager and will be based in Austin, Texas. If you’re excited by the challenge of enhancing a core product experience and seeing your work make a tangible difference, we’d love to have you on our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Product Strategy and Execution by owning the product roadmap for Open Items. You’ll guide key initiatives from discovery to launch, including bringing cross-account functionality to General Availability and launching a new Open Items email digest.
  • Champion the Voice of the Customer by meeting directly with users to uncover their most pressing challenges. You’ll translate those insights into a prioritized backlog that delivers clear value and improves project efficiency.
  • Collaborate to Ship Exceptional Products by partnering closely with Design, Engineering, and internal teams. Your collaboration will ensure we ship elegant, effective solutions that solve complex customer problems and are a joy to use.
  • Communicate for Impact by clearly articulating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll ensure alignment across the organization and keep our customers informed about what’s next.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • A customer-first mindset with demonstrated experience conducting customer interviews and usability testing to inform product decisions.
  • Proven ability to work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to build and ship software products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to prioritize a product backlog based on customer value, business impact, and strategic goals.
