About the role
The Enterprise Account Manager at PetScreening is responsible for the long-term strategic growth, portfolio penetration, and value realization of assigned enterprise accounts and ownership groups. This strategic, relationship-driven role manages a defined portfolio of property management company (PMC) accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for account strategy, operational alignment, and growth initiatives across the portfolio. The Enterprise Account Manager partners closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales, and internal stakeholders to drive property-level adoption, strengthen executive and regional relationships, and support sustainable revenue growth within existing client portfolios.
What you'll do
Account Ownership & Expansion
- Manage a defined book of business consisting of PMC accounts and ownership groups, serving as the dedicated Account Manager for those relationships.
- Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities within assigned accounts, with a focus on increasing the number of properties utilizing PetScreening’s platform.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth targets within the assigned portfolio.
- Proactively engage PMC decision-makers and ownership groups to align PetScreening solutions with operational and portfolio growth objectives through ROI data and platform driven value.
- Track and report on portfolio growth initiatives, adoption trends, and progress toward account objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to align on account strategy, ensure seamless handoffs, and maintain a unified client experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new revenue opportunities and coordinate on accounts where new property acquisition or new PMC partnerships may be relevant.
- Communicate account insights and expansion blockers to internal stakeholders to support product, marketing, and operational improvements.
- Participate in regular cross-functional meetings to align on shared accounts, priorities, and go-to-market strategies.
Field Engagement & Property Education
- Conduct in-person visits to properties within the assigned territory to support adoption, operational alignment, and portfolio performance optimization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both corporate and site-level stakeholders, reinforcing best practices and driving operational adoption.
- Identify underperforming or disengaged properties within accounts and develop tailored re-engagement strategies.
- Provide field-level feedback to internal teams regarding product usability, training gaps, and client concerns.
Reporting & Performance
- Report directly to the VP of Account Management, providing regular updates on account status, expansion activity, and field visit outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) for all accounts, contacts, and activities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual expansion targets and KPIs as set by the VP of Account Management.
- Prepare and deliver account reviews and performance summaries as required.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven track record of driving account growth, expansion, or upsell within a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with frequent field travel within an assigned geographic territory.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to manage a large book of business.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Preferred
- Experience working in or with the property management, multifamily housing, or PropTech industry.
- Familiarity with PetScreening’s platform or similar tenant screening / pet management solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally alongside Customer Success and Sales teams.
- Background in field-based roles with a history of in-person client engagement.

Travel Requirements
This role requires regular travel within the assigned territory for property visits, client meetings, and reeducation activities. Travel volume will vary based on territory size and account needs. Occasional travel outside of the assigned territory may be required for company events, trainings, or national account meetings.
