About the role:
OfficeRnD is looking for a motivated Junior Analytics Data Engineer who is eager to grow their skills and build a strong foundation in modern data engineering and analytics.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced teammates to support and develop our analytics infrastructure, helping ensure data is reliable, accessible, and actionable across the business.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute across the full analytics workflow — from transforming raw data into structured models to supporting reporting and business insights.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain data models in dbt with guidance from senior team members
  • Help structure and transform data into analytics-ready datasets
  • Support and monitor data pipelines and warehouse performance
  • Assist with maintaining and improving our data infrastructure
  • Support Looker dashboards and reporting needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to help deliver data-driven insights
  • Investigate and troubleshoot data quality and consistency issues
  • Learn and apply best practices in analytics engineering and data modeling
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

What you bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data-related role
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in working with dbt
  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse technologies.
  • Understanding of basic data modeling concepts
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn modern data engineering practices
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Git workflows
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Experience with ELT tools such as Fivetran
  • Interest in SaaS or product analytics
