About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our Platform team and take a central role in shaping the foundation of all front-end development across the company. This position is critical for owning and evolving the shared UI libraries, modernizing our frontend architecture, and providing leadership across multiple teams as we move from a monolithic legacy AngularJS app to a modular Micro-Frontend architecture.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a senior engineer with strong architectural instincts, a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, and a passion for enabling others through shared tools, standards, and systems.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of the shared Core UI library used by all front-end teams.
• Own the Micro-Frontend application framework and help guide the transformation of our legacy frontend stack into modern, modular applications.
• Act as a frontend architecture leader, providing technical direction and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with Platform engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to define scalable UI and architectural patterns.
• Contribute to and review frontend code, ensuring maintainability, performance, and quality.
• Continuously improve engineering standards, development tooling, and frontend practices across the org.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, mentorship, and technical excellence.

What to bring:

• Extensive experience with React and TypeScript, including hands-on knowledge of various state management strategies (Context API, hooks, or external libraries).
• Strong architectural thinking with a deep understanding of frontend patterns, component systems, and design systems.
• Experience with micro-frontends or large-scale modular frontend architectures is a strong plus.
• A proactive mindset, with excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Passion for building scalable systems that empower other developers and accelerate delivery across the company.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining shared libraries in a multi-team environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile app development and automation pipelines is a plus.
