About the role:
At OfficeRnD, we’re building the world's leading platform for coworking and hybrid workspaces. We believe in flexible work, empowered teams, and creative collaboration – and we’re looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help fuel our growth journey.
As our new Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating and executing demand programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You’ll work across inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing initiatives, collaborating with teams across marketing, sales, and partnerships. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organized, curious, and excited to experiment and iterate in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What you’ll do:
- Design and run full-funnel campaigns across inbound and outbound channels to attract and convert new prospects and nurture existing leads.
- Own and optimize account-based marketing programs, working closely with Sales to align on high-value targets and personalization strategies.
- Coordinate with external partners – including agencies, media vendors, and content creators – to run effective premium media campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, marketing ops, events, product marketing, and web teams to ensure aligned execution and a unified customer journey.
- Track performance and report results, continuously analyzing campaign data and proposing improvements to maximize ROI and contribution to pipeline.
What to bring:
- Experience in demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, including ABM, email, paid media (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO, and social.
- Partner marketing experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with premium media buys and third-party vendor management is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – with a high level of fluency in English.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Someone who’s not afraid to ask "why", suggest and own the execution of new ideas, act fast when opportunities arise.
