About the Role

Our client is seeking a Construction Solutions Manager to join their Construction Solutions team — a key professional unit within the organization dedicated to driving successful project delivery through advanced systems and processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for integrating client designs, plans, and project insights with proven construction management practices to create accurate digital and operational models of large-scale projects. You’ll collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals — including engineers and construction specialists — who bring strong expertise in project execution and on-site management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regular technical discussions with clients on project-related topics.
  • Act as the in-house subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams on how best to support client requirements.
  • Develop tailored solutions for diverse international projects.
  • Apply internal design standards in combination with client-specific needs to create systems that accurately reflect project goals.
  • Take ownership of the solution across the full project lifecycle, from initial setup through to final delivery.
  • Analyze project methodologies, metrics, and workflows to address complexities effectively.
  • Contribute expertise to continuously refine internal design approaches for improved quality and efficiency.
  • Play a key role during implementation, participating in discovery sessions to capture client needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Product, to ensure alignment with client objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting complex projects.
  • Proficient in 3D modelling tools; familiarity with Navisworks Manage considered an asset.
  • Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of technical systems, installations, and design workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with proven experience in stakeholder and interface management.
  • Experienced in facilitating client-facing sessions, gathering requirements, and effectively representing client perspectives.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
