About the Role

Our Client is seeking a driven and independent Account Executive to lead growth efforts and help strengthen their reach across the wider U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect Identification: Research and target high-potential clients, such as businesses and organizations with significant operational needs.
  • Client Engagement: Reach out to new leads, coordinate and deliver presentations, provide consultative insights, and guide stakeholders through each stage of the sales process.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, monitor deal progress, and manage ongoing client interactions.
  • Partner Growth: Develop and activate a network of distribution and reseller partners to support regional expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–8 years in B2B sales, ideally within technology-driven industries such as workplace solutions, smart building systems, or related sectors.
  • Sales & Partnerships: Demonstrated track record in driving direct sales and managing channel or partner relationships.
  • Operational Skills: Strong project management capabilities, including oversight of technical or system deployments.
  • Tools & Processes: Proficiency with CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Travel: Openness to travel across the U.S. for meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a hands-on approach, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
