Our Client is seeking an Account Executive to join their growing team. This position is a key hire as we continue to expand our presence in the market and strengthen the value we deliver to clients. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales professional who can contribute to broader go-to-market strategies, build and nurture strong customer relationships, and establish effective sales processes that maximize impact for both clients and the business.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in enterprise technology, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong ability to establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who operates independently and strategically, with accountability for results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive pipeline generator who leverages enablement tools and resources effectively, but ultimately drives outcomes through discipline and persistence.
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizations—building consensus across levels and functions.
  • Structured in your sales process, stage-gating opportunities while keeping buyers equally accountable.
  • A true collaborator who knows when to bring in the right people and ensures smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Embody the values of curiosity, courage, collaboration, capability, commitment, and creativity.
  • Operate with strong, repeatable sales processes as your foundation.
