About the Role
Our Client is looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to guide and expand their go-to-market approach, align sales efforts across multiple regions, and deliver consistent annual growth. This role is well suited to a purpose-driven executive who enjoys fast-paced, scaling environments and has a track record of helping SaaS businesses grow significantly beyond their early stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Leadership: Define and oversee global revenue strategy and execution across multiple regions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Establish a unified go-to-market approach and implement a best-in-class sales process for enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Build a consistent pipeline, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver predictable recurring revenue growth.
- Team Management & Growth: Lead and expand a 25+ person commercial organization, including regional sales leaders and a dedicated growth/marketing team.
- Market Expansion: Accelerate growth across key verticals such as healthcare, education, logistics, retail, hospitality, and real estate.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing to refine value propositions and shorten sales cycles.
- Executive & Investor Communication: Present strategies, performance metrics, and pipeline updates to leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: Established revenue leader with a history of scaling B2B SaaS businesses from ~$20M to $100M+ in recurring revenue, ideally within a private equity or growth-backed context and with exposure to successful exits.
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in leading enterprise and mid-market sales, with experience in consultative, land-and-expand approaches and long (9-12 month) deal cycles.
- Leadership Style: Energetic, relationship-focused, and highly process-oriented leader, comfortable with regular travel and in-person engagement across regions.
- Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of PropTech, CAFM, or related enterprise SaaS sectors is a plus.
