About the Role
Our Client is looking for three experienced Solutions Consultants to join a growing U.S. team and lead value-driven pre-sales engagements with prospective clients. In this role, you will help connect a SaaS platform’s capabilities to tangible business outcomes, guiding customers from initial discovery through proof-of-value. Drawing on your domain expertise, technical architecture knowledge, and ability to engage executive stakeholders, you will design and validate impactful use cases that drive adoption and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Knowledge & Expertise
- Apply a strong understanding of operational processes, challenges, and regulatory requirements across industries such as utilities, construction, manufacturing, aerospace, maritime, or logistics.
- Leverage sector insights to tailor solutions and establish credibility with stakeholders.
- Value-Focused Pre-Sales Consulting
- Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and proof-of-value initiatives.
- Communicate how technical capabilities translate into measurable business impact and ROI.
- Experimentation & Validation
- Design and run pilot initiatives with prospects to test assumptions.
- Use data-driven analysis to validate use cases and demonstrate potential outcomes prior to full deployment.
- Executive-Level Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Align proposed solutions with strategic objectives and high-level business outcomes.
- Systems & Architecture Awareness
- Show understanding of how adjacent systems (e.g., scheduling, asset management, CRM, or performance measurement tools) connect to deliver customer value.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and document system integrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and product leadership to co-create tailored solutions.
- Communication & Presentation
- Skilled in using questioning techniques, visual storytelling, and delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
- Travel
- Open to traveling up to 30% for client meetings and internal initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy industry or related sectors, either directly or through consulting engagements.
- Background in working with complex system architectures and large-scale enterprise integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trust with executive-level stakeholders.
- Skilled in designing structured experiments and leading value validation initiatives.
