About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced estimator with a passion for preconstruction and a drive to positively influence the industry. This role provides an opportunity to shape the future of estimating while working directly with customers.
As a Product Specialist, you will partner closely with clients to understand their workflows, provide hands-on training, and support smooth adoption of the platform. Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences that maximize value and foster long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging training sessions to accelerate customer understanding and maximize product value.
- Provide industry expertise and recommend best practices to drive customer success.
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to execute statements of work and achieve business goals.
- Oversee implementation schedules to ensure timely delivery of services and milestones.
- Capture customer feedback, track interactions, and address issues to support ongoing improvement.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to design adoption strategies that promote long-term engagement.
- Contribute to revenue growth by fostering product utilization and strengthening customer relationships.
- Assist in testing and validating new features to confirm usability and customer value.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, helping translate client needs into actionable product enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on estimating experience, particularly in ground-up and core & shell projects.
- Background in sectors such as data centers, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus.
- Strong communicator, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
- Capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with strong follow-through.
- Professional, adaptable, and trusted by both customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn modern cloud-based tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Notion).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed (up to ~20%).
