About the Role

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to support our next stage of growth.
This role goes beyond traditional sales – it Is about becoming a trusted strategic partner to some of the largest organizations in the construction industry across North America. You will play a key role in driving new business with enterprise-level accounts while also expanding relationships and increasing value within existing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure strategic enterprise accounts, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution.
  • Grow Existing Accounts: Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increased value delivery.
  • Consultative Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client needs and positioning solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Build and maintain a well-qualified sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear reporting on progress and performance metrics.
  • Engage at All Levels: Effectively connect with decision-makers and influencers across client organizations, including executives, project leaders, and operational stakeholders, through multiple communication channels.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with customer success, product, and other internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term client success.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Success: Consistent record of exceeding B2B sales targets, with expertise in acquiring and growing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Established relationships and strong understanding of the national construction sector, particularly with executives and project teams in the Northeast and/or Midwest (preferred).
  • Strategic Selling Ability: Skilled at navigating complex organizations, identifying decision-makers, and managing long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Professional Integrity: Builds trust and credibility through transparency, reliability, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Technology Mindset: Enthusiastic about the role of innovation and advanced solutions in transforming industries such as construction.
