About the Role
Our Client is looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Mid-Market Account Executive, responsible for building and maintaining executive-level relationships within key strategic accounts. This role will focus on clients overseeing large portfolios, typically ranging from several thousand units, with average deal sizes of six figures and partnerships that include some of the most prominent organizations in the sector.
You will draw on your industry expertise to engage directly with senior decision-makers, positioning our data-driven solutions for performance optimization, financial planning, and operational efficiency as essential components of their business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior executives across large-scale client organizations.
- Lead high-level strategic discussions with ownership groups, CEOs, and leadership teams.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving six-figure contract values.
- Design and execute account growth strategies within a defined portfolio of key accounts.
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Apply consultative selling approaches to uncover and address critical business challenges.
- Deliver persuasive ROI analyses and business cases to executive decision-makers.
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive solution demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage enterprise-level procurement cycles.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.
Business Development & Growth
- Research and identify new opportunities across the industry landscape.
- Drive pipeline creation through targeted prospecting, industry engagement, and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve revenue goals through acquisition of new strategic customers.
Requirements
Industry Expertise
- Background working with large-scale property management firms or real estate ownership groups.
- Strong knowledge of operational models, challenges, and decision-making structures within the industry.
- Demonstrated success selling technology-driven solutions to enterprise-level clients.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with senior executives while navigating complex sales cycles.
Sales Excellence
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, including six-figure deal sizes.
- Expertise in consultative selling and delivering compelling ROI-based business cases.
- Consistently exceeded targets and contributed to sustained revenue growth.
- Experienced with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) and sales performance tools.
