Following a recent strategic investment, our client is entering an exciting new phase of growth — particularly across industrial and office portfolios. Their software transforms utility, equipment, and environmental data into measurable outcomes — helping owners and operators reduce carbon emissions, improve operating margins, and future-proof their assets. With coverage across 1,000+ buildings and growing, our client is positioned as a leader in operational decarbonization.
The Opportunity To support continued growth, our client is hiring an experienced Client Success Manager. This individual will:
- Lead strategic relationships with high-value clients.
- Drive adoption of the platform and deliver measurable value.
- Generate expansion revenue through upsells, cross-sells, and account growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product to deliver client impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Generate $500K+ in net new ARR annually.
- Client Retention: Maintain 120%+ net revenue retention and 95%+ gross revenue retention across your portfolio.
- Executive Engagement: Lead quarterly business reviews with decision-makers and asset managers to showcase ROI and align on strategic initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong ties with at least three key stakeholders per client, including Asset Management, Sustainability/ESG, and Property Management.
- Product Adoption: Drive adoption of new features and modules, achieving 60%+ multi-product adoption.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role in SaaS or tech-enabled companies.
- Experience in energy, ESG, or commercial real estate is a plus but not required.
- Strong track record of managing enterprise accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
