About the Role
Our client is seeking an Implementation Specialist to help shape their customer success function. You’ll work closely with company leadership to support customers, manage onboarding and training, and ensure early-stage success.
The company’s first product is live and scaling quickly in a large, under-digitized industry. To keep delivering the high-quality support that has fuelled their growth, they’re looking for someone who can take ownership of implementation processes and contribute to building the playbook that defines the customer experience. Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Onboardings: facilitate kick-off meetings, product demos, and training sessions
- Develop Scalable Processes: design playbooks, resources, metrics, and tracking systems
- Advocate for Customers: collect feedback during client interactions (with up to 50% travel) and share insights directly with the leadership team
- Support Smooth Implementations: resolve issues quickly to remove adoption barriers and keep projects on schedule
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Sales, estimating, or project management in a technical or construction-related field
- Engineering at a design or consulting firm
- Familiarity with complex, industry-specific systems (required)
- Strong project management skills: comfortable building processes from the ground up and consistently meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills: able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Flexibility to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
Nice to Have:
- Experience developing training materials (e.g., documentation, workshops, video content)
- A background in leading in-person rollouts and trainings
