About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by expanding adoption of our solutions within the enterprise market. This is a strategic, consultative sales position where you will work closely with senior decision-makers at some of the largest and most complex organizations worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • You will uncover and address critical challenges, demonstrating how our platform can deliver measurable, transformative results.
  • You will own the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualifying opportunities, managing multi-stakeholder engagements, and negotiating and closing high-value deals.
  • By applying your expertise in enterprise sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC, you will foster long-term partnerships and support customers in achieving significant outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within project-driven industries such as infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing revenue goals, including closing high-value contracts (typically $100k+ ARR).
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, leveraging structured frameworks such as MEDDICC (or equivalent).
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate value and ROI to senior executives through a consultative approach.
  • Skilled in qualifying opportunities and prioritizing pipeline activities to drive maximum commercial impact.
  • Experience with project management, risk management, or delay analysis software is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with decision-making dynamics in sectors such as large-scale infrastructure, engineering, or related industries is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong business development mindset and a focus on building and expanding long-term customer relationships.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple high-value opportunities and deadlines with precision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
