The Role: Growth Lead
The Growth Lead will play a pivotal role in building the sales pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals. This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with high-value clients, and managing complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure. Success will depend on strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development – Create and execute effective sales strategies to engage with large-scale commercial real estate prospects and achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify opportunities through existing lead pipelines, targeted research, networking, conferences, and outbound outreach.
- Pipeline Management – Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing enterprise-level deals.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Negotiation & Closing – Negotiate terms and pricing, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial.
- Collaboration – Work with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to deliver seamless sales and piloting processes.
- Voice of the Customer – Share insights with product and design teams to refine the platform.
- Reporting – Use CRM tools to track, manage, and report on sales activity and progress.
Expected Impact (First 12–18 Months)
- Drive ARR growth by closing deals with enterprise real estate investors, owners, and other key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline to support continuous growth.
- Help establish a best-in-class enterprise sales organization.
- Forge long-term partnerships with enterprise clients in commercial real estate.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to enhance the client and prospect experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Background in SaaS sales and a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Skilled negotiator with experience managing complex deal structures.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Logistics
- Work Authorization – Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
- Location – Remote role, with a preference for candidates based near key hubs: San Francisco, New York, or Toronto.
