About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and achieving a high-value sales target. This role does require proactive outbound prospecting, pipeline building and managing the full sales cycle. You are required to source, qualify and close deals with key stakeholders to drive company growth. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Drive new business to achieve a high-value annual sales target
- Proactively source and manage your own sales pipeline
- Lead the full sales cycle, from outreach to close
- Engage senior stakeholders in complex, multi-party deals
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting
- Deliver tailored solution demos and presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Represent the company at relevant industry events
Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years’ experience in new business sales within B2B tech or related sectors
- Consistent track record of exceeding high-value annual targets
- Proven ability to generate pipeline independently through outbound activity
- Confident in building relationships and engaging senior-level stakeholders
- Experienced in complex, consultative sales cycles
- Strong skills in solution selling, negotiation, and communication
- Competent in using CRM platforms for pipeline and forecast management
- Sector-specific knowledge is an advantage but not essential
