About the Role
Our Client is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with a passion for bridging marketing strategy, sales alignment, and customer value within the construction technology sector.
As the Marketing Manager, you will focus on growth marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive engagement and pipeline growth within the company’s highest-priority accounts. Working closely with regional sales teams, customer success, and fellow marketing colleagues, you will create tailored programs that resonate with key audiences — ranging from project managers and superintendents to executive leaders.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, encompassing campaign development, content customization, field event coordination, social media initiatives, and sales enablement activities.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution – Lead multi-channel initiatives spanning email, personalized content, field events, social media, and digital advertising to engage buying committees within high-priority accounts.
- Strategic ABM Planning – Develop and implement account-specific marketing programs that align with sales objectives and overall revenue targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales and customer success leadership to identify key accounts, gather insights, and establish success metrics across the entire customer journey.
- Data-Driven Optimization – Use CRM and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, refine strategies, and demonstrate ROI.
- AI-Driven Personalization – Apply emerging AI tools to scale personalized outreach, enhance segmentation, accelerate content creation, and drive intent-based engagement.
- Industry-Specific Messaging – Produce targeted content that addresses the distinct challenges faced by construction professionals, including scheduling, labor planning, and on-site execution.
- Event Activation – Support the planning and execution of conferences, regional events, and executive roundtables aimed at top decision-makers in priority accounts.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal partners and external stakeholders at key accounts.
- Market Intelligence – Monitor construction technology trends, shifts among general contractors, and competitive activity to inform ongoing marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Experience – 5 years in B2B marketing, including 2+ years in growth marketing, account-based marketing, and/or demand generation, ideally within high-growth SaaS or vertical-focused sectors such as construction technology.
- Revenue Impact – Demonstrated success in creating and scaling personalized marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Sales Cycle Knowledge – Strong grasp of complex B2B sales processes and the collaboration required across go-to-market teams.
- Tools & Platforms – Proficiency with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and AI/ABM solutions.
- Communication Skills – Exceptional writing ability with a talent for transforming technical value propositions into engaging, persuasive messaging.
- Mindset – Creative, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Preferred – Experience marketing to construction industry professionals or supporting GTM teams targeting top general contractors.
