Our client is a PropTech platform focused on digitizing the occupier experience across flex-workspaces and multi-site commercial office portfolios.

With a team of ~100 employees and a strong track record of innovation, they are continuing to scale their global footprint.

They are looking for SaaS candidates who have sold hardware, software, and firmware into CRE occupiers. And who want to help clients increase ROI, optimize WiFi utilization, and overlay their solution on top of existing infrastructure.

This role will focus on selling into the mid-market occupier segment (with some enterprise accounts), particularly to corporate real estate and IT teams, and will include products such as access control, booking systems, and usage intelligence tools.

    You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience selling SaaS or access/infrastructure technology into occupiers (rather than landlords)
  • Worked with buyers such as IT Directors, Facilities Managers, or Corporate Real Estate Managers
  • A track record of closing $30K+ deals over 2–4 month sales cycles
  • Experience with flexible workspaces or multi-site commercial office portfolios
