The Role
Our client is hiring a hunter-focused, individual contributor to drive new business across the Eastern U.S. This role reports to the Head of Revenue and requires proactive outreach – no BDR support.
Ideal candidates have a strong CRE network and the drive to learn a new space (selling to asset managers). Our Client values experience over industry familiarity—they will teach parking, but they can’t teach grit or drive.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by sourcing and closing deals in both existing and emerging markets.
- Build strong relationships with real estate owners/operators, positioning the company as a value-adding partner through innovative technology.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new regions, focusing on high-value commercial assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine sales processes and improve overall GTM execution.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, provide regular updates to leadership, and help steer growth initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to shape sales strategies and meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Leverage prospecting tools and outreach tactics to connect with key stakeholders and secure high-impact meetings.
- Travel as needed (up to 20%) to engage prospects, close deals, and build long-term partnerships.

- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex concepts and build credibility with stakeholders
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-oriented setting
- Skilled at cold outreach and driven to solve real customer problems
- Curious about technology and its impact on the future of mobility and real estate
- Previous start-up experience is a strong advantage
