The Role

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager plays a strategic and hands-on role in leading and optimizing the Revenue Operations (RevOps) function. This position is essential to improving alignment, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across all revenue-generating teams.
The role is responsible for managing and refining core go-to-market processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure, while also mentoring a Revenue Operations team member.
As the RevOps lead, you will work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive leadership to support scalable growth and enhance the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall Revenue Operations strategy and systems framework in alignment with growth objectives
  • Serve as a strategic partner to go-to-market leadership, offering insights into performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other key teams to gather and analyze data, build reports, and track progress against revenue and performance KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and support the development of a Revenue Operations team member
  • Drive the design and rollout of user-friendly dashboards and analytics tools to improve visibility into sales and marketing performance
  • Manage and maintain key sales and marketing technologies (CRM, automation platforms, etc.), ensuring strong data governance and hygiene
  • Evaluate and optimize the revenue tech stack to enhance operational efficiency and improve the customer journey
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and implement targeted improvements to streamline workflows
  • Recommend and implement technology solutions that enhance team performance and support a seamless customer experience
  • Analyze cross-functional data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and increase sales productivity
  • Manage the structure and performance of sales and marketing funnels, ensuring key operational metrics are tracked and shared
  • Work closely with Marketing to measure campaign performance and return on investment
  • Optimize workflows and campaigns to increase effectiveness and support revenue growth
  • Deliver analytical insights to inform sales, marketing, and go-to-market planning, helping to prioritize strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business management, revenue operations, sales/marketing operations, or related fields
  • Proven track record managing CRMs, with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Strong background in project management, particularly within RevOps or commercial operations
  • Solid analytical and operational foundation, with strengths in planning, forecasting, and problem-solving
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and performance reporting
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Outreach.io (a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Comfortable solving problems in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Enthusiastic about technology and continuous learning, especially in tools and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Open to domestic and international travel as needed
