Responsibilities

  • Apply professional expertise to proactively research, prospect, identify, and qualify potential sales opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, developing a thorough understanding of each prospect’s or client’s unique business needs.
  • Conduct regular in-person or virtual meetings with senior leadership to deliver presentations, roadshows, or product demonstrations at the required frequency and quality standards.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, discovery and needs assessment, solution positioning, pricing and packaging, RFP responses, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system, documenting new prospects, client interactions, sales opportunities, and forecasts in line with established processes.
  • Represent the organization at marketing and industry events to promote products and services.
  • Review account performance and sales pipeline reports weekly, evaluate monthly performance metrics, and meet regularly with management to ensure alignment with strategic sales goals for the territory.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and enhance presentation skills by actively delivering solution-focused demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to a positive, high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Over three years of proven success in sales roles.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, including lead generation, discovery and qualification, solution positioning, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Track record of delivering strong sales results within the technology or software sector.
  • Skilled at engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from individual business units to executive leadership, across small, mid-sized, and large enterprises.
  • Proficient in executing consultative sales strategies and building long-term client relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Quick to grasp new concepts and adapt to technical products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
