As Our Client continues to scale, they are expanding their sales team and seeking a dynamic, multilingual, and results-driven Account Executive to join their Miami office.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire customer journey, from initial education and onboarding through to deal closure
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, offering tailored guidance based on their needs
- Assess and align acceptable levels of risk in accordance with client directives
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure deals progress and close efficiently
- Consistently represent the company with professionalism, expertise, and a customer-first mindset
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar sales role
- Background in the mortgage industry, ideally with experience as a Loan Officer
- Solid understanding of financing and real estate purchase processes within the United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on client success
- Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a high level of passion and drive
- Experience managing large-scale transactions is a strong advantage
