The Role
Our client is seeking an Implementation Lead to oversee the successful rollout, onboarding, and adoption of enterprise technology solutions. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the full implementation journey, ensuring smooth deployment, driving user adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes. The Implementation Lead will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to design scalable processes, support change management, and establish best practices that ensure long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client implementations, including onboarding, configuration, and training.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse user groups, from field staff to executives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, building trusted client relationships and aligning solutions with business goals.
- Develop and refine scalable onboarding processes, workflows, and documentation to improve efficiency and adoption.
- Oversee quality assurance during implementations, ensuring accurate data integration and reporting.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
- Monitor and track key metrics such as onboarding completion, adoption rates, and engagement, using insights to continuously improve.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to inform product development and enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project delivery, ideally within enterprise SaaS, construction tech, proptech, or related industries.
- Background in construction, building systems, or real estate technology (experience as a Project Engineer, PM, or Scheduler is a plus).
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, data reporting, and customer success best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects, manage complex implementations, and drive adoption.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
