The Role

Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead North American marketing efforts during a critical phase of expansion. In this senior role, you will shape go-to-market strategies, generate demand, and strengthen brand presence to accelerate adoption of technology solutions within the construction industry.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketing leader who thrives in growth-stage environments, understands the dynamics of construction and built environment markets, and can turn strategy into measurable outcomes. You will work closely with sales, product, customer success, and global marketing teams to ensure the company stands out in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North America marketing strategy in alignment with regional sales objectives and global brand direction.
  • Design and lead demand generation and ABM programs to achieve regional targets, build qualified pipeline, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Run integrated campaigns across digital, events, paid media, email, and content—targeting contractors, safety leaders, executives, and operations teams.
  • Adapt and localize global campaigns while working with content and product marketing teams to create region-specific materials that resonate with North American audiences and reinforce the company’s position as an industry leader in construction technology.
  • Oversee regional marketing channels and initiatives, including:
    • Events: strategy and execution for tradeshows, hosted events, and customer community activations.
    • Digital: SEO and web optimization to drive qualified traffic and improve visibility.
    • Email: nurture campaigns and newsletters to engage prospects throughout the funnel.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective execution and measurable ROI.
  • Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to align on messaging, target accounts, and lead management processes.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, analyzing pipeline impact, conversion performance, and opportunities for ongoing improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a small regional team, collaborating with global colleagues, agencies, and contractors to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7–10 years in B2B marketing, including at least one role with regional leadership responsibility and prior demand generation focus.
  • Industry Background: Proven experience with B2B SaaS products; familiarity with construction, field services, or industrial technology markets is highly desirable.
  • Demand Generation Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and scaling demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth in mid-market and enterprise segments through integrated campaigns.
  • Growth Environment Experience: Background in scale-up or high-growth organizations where processes and systems are evolving, and agility is required.
  • Buyer Journey Knowledge: Strong understanding of the B2B purchasing process, particularly within complex, long-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Demandbase, 6sense).
