The Role

Our client is looking for a Construction Solutions Manager to join a specialized team within the Operations function. This group plays a critical role in setting up client construction projects within the platform by integrating project models, plans, and on-the-ground insights with proven construction management methodologies. The result is a precise digital representation of each project that reflects real-world conditions and supports successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and implement technology solutions for clients across construction projects.
  • Lead construction-focused technical discussions with customers, acting as a trusted subject-matter expert.
  • Serve as the in-house construction authority, guiding internal teams on how best to support client needs.
  • Configure and tailor digital solutions for diverse global construction projects, aligning with both company standards and client-specific requirements.
  • Develop accurate digital representations of projects that serve as effective “digital twins” to support project execution.
  • Oversee the solution throughout the full project lifecycle, from early-stage fit-out to final delivery.
  • Analyze project methodologies, metrics, and workflows to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of design and implementation methodologies, improving efficiency and quality.
  • Play a key role in the implementation process by participating in discovery sessions, identifying client needs, and aligning solutions with overall product strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Product, to ensure seamless project delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • 5+ years of operational experience working on construction projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of 3D modelling software and BIM environments; experience with Navisworks Manage is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems and installations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with proven success in managing client interfaces and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to lead discovery sessions with clients and represent the company’s solutions effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in modern workplace tools, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
