The Role
Our client is seeking a Growth Lead to help expand market presence and drive new business opportunities. This role will focus on developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, engaging with high-value clients, and overseeing complex sales cycles from initial outreach through to deal completion. Success in this position will require strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with enterprise-level customers to support long-term revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute effective sales approaches to engage large commercial real estate prospects and achieve revenue goals.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing pipelines, targeted research, networking, industry events, and outbound outreach.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing deals with enterprise real estate clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level accounts.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract and pricing negotiations, securing agreements that align client needs with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to create a seamless sales and onboarding process for strategic clients.
- Voice of the Customer: Share insights from the field to inform product development and enhance solutions for real estate decarbonization and sustainability.
- Reporting: Leverage CRM tools to monitor, track, and report on sales performance and pipeline activity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales with a consistent record of surpassing revenue goals.
- Sales Expertise: Extensive background in SaaS or technology sales with strong knowledge of end-to-end sales cycles.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities, including experience engaging with senior executives.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to design and implement effective sales strategies.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in managing complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Team Collaboration: Strong commitment to teamwork with a collaborative, goal-oriented approach.
