The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving growth in a new market, overseeing the full sales cycle, managing lead pipelines, and contributing to strategic partnerships and brand development.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for networking, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage top-of-funnel leads to build a strong pipeline
  • Oversee the complete sales process, including presenting offerings, leading tours, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients, establishing relationships and scheduling meetings and site visits
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including pricing trends and competitive landscape
  • Consistently drive revenue by converting qualified leads and meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
  • Research and define target customer segments in emerging markets
  • Take incoming calls related to Event Sales or Referrals when the Event Sales Manager is out of the office.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven success in a sales-related role
  • Familiarity with the full sales cycle, ideally within commercial real estate, coworking, or a similar industry
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships that drive pipeline and deal flow
  • Experience designing and executing effective outbound sales campaigns
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (calls and emails) and managing inbound leads
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and generally tech-savvy
  • Consistently meets deadlines and takes initiative to drive results
  • Understanding of how to collaborate with real estate brokers to build partnerships
  • Background in coworking, tenant representation, or leasing is a plus
  • Experience using platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, Apollo.io, OfficeRnD, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
