About the Role
The company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and evolve its go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and product storytelling. This person will be instrumental in shaping how the product is positioned, communicated, and adopted by customers. The ideal candidate is not just a strategist but a hands-on builder—comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and in a startup environment where agility and ownership are key.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define & Evolve Market Positioning
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging that speaks to various personas within the target market.
- Align positioning with specific roles such as operations leaders, field managers, and executive stakeholders.
2. Drive Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead GTM planning for new features and product updates.
- Partner with Product and Sales to ensure successful product launches with strong market impact.
3. Build a Scalable Content Engine
- Produce case studies, sales collateral, landing pages, webinars, and blog content to communicate product value effectively.
- Support customer-facing teams with enablement materials that improve engagement and conversion.
4. Enable Sales & Accelerate Revenue Growth
- Work with Sales to develop ROI tools, persona-specific content, objection handling guides, and competitive battlecards.
- Continuously identify and address friction points in the sales funnel.
5. Lead Market & Customer Research
- Conduct ongoing research to understand customer workflows, pain points, and buying motivations.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform positioning and GTM direction.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and surface market insights.
- Track performance of campaigns and iterate based on results.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS with exposure to vertical or operations-focused software.
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution with a deep understanding of GTM levers.
Preferred Skills & Strengths
- Proven success in positioning and launching B2B products with operational use cases.
- Deep customer empathy and the ability to translate workflows into compelling, benefit-driven messaging.
- Comfort with marketing AI-based or workflow automation tools.
- Sales enablement experience, including the development of tools and collateral that drive deal velocity.
- Strong content creation abilities—copywriting, messaging frameworks, and collaborating with creative teams.
- Highly collaborative and data-driven with a track record of delivering measurable marketing impact.
