Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work alongside a team of experienced recruiters who are specialists in different industries. You'll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, developing a deep understanding of our niche sectors, and contributing to our mission of connecting top talent with innovative companies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation
  • Provide talent insights to clients and act as an expert in the market
  • Identify new business opportunities within the built environment and negotiate terms with new clients
  • Take part in business trips, panels and webinars to grow your network
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends to build market knowledge and credibility
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, including in-person meetings where possible
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to company growth
  • Maintain accurate records of all client and candidate interactions in our CRM system


Required skills and experience:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing role
  • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices
  • Knowledge of Business Development and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and candidates
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
