In this Senior Enterprise Account Executive position, you will be instrumental in developing a robust sales funnel and securing large-scale corporate agreements. You will proactively identify new business prospects, engage high-value accounts, and guide intricate sales cycles from initial outreach through to contract signature. Your strategic perspective and polished communication skills will help you cultivate strong relationships with enterprise clients and consistently drive revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales-Strategy Design: Craft and execute go-to-market tactics that engage large-scale commercial real-estate prospects and achieve revenue goals.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new opportunities via the existing lead funnel, targeted research, networking, industry events, and outbound outreach.
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage the complete sales lifecycle – initial contact through contract signature for enterprise real-estate accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers at enterprise-level organisations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Structure and finalise agreements that deliver mutual value for both the customer and the company.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer-success teams to ensure a seamless sales and pilot experience for key prospects.
- Voice of the Customer: Relay market and client insights to product and design teams to refine the platform.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to track activities, forecast performance, and communicate progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years consistently outperforming quotas in large-account environments.
- Sales Expertise: Deep familiarity with subscription-based software sales cycles and methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Engaging presenter and storyteller, comfortable briefing C-suite stakeholders.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Proven ability to craft and execute long-range account strategies.
- Negotiation Skills: Track record of structuring and closing multifaceted, high-value agreements.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with leading CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
