Our Client is looking for a resourceful, high-energy Territory Account Executive to help build their sales function from the ground up. In this early stage role you will influence sales strategy and processes while owning the entire cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through to closing. Success calls for a proactive, results-oriented approach and ease with remote collaboration, plus the flexibility for occasional in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through structured outreach (email, telephone, professional social networks, etc.).
  • Conduct approximately 40–50 targeted prospect engagements each business day.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from initial contact through contract execution.
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with prospective clients.
  • Analyse client requirements and align bespoke, AI-enabled solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless deployment and sustained client satisfaction.
  • Capture and relay actionable market feedback to Product and Marketing to inform roadmap and positioning.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a front-line revenue-generation role (Sales Development, Business Development, or similar) within a high-growth software or platform environment.
  • Domain knowledge in property-focused technology or related verticals considered a strong plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-moving setting.
  • Sharp analytical thinking paired with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Effective in a remote-first model and comfortable sustaining a high daily outreach cadence.
  • Willing and able to travel for occasional in-person engagements.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to excel with minimal direction.
