Our Client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

This role is a key part of their next stage of growth. You’ll play a vital role in expanding the customer base, contributing across the full sales cycle from managing top-of-funnel activity to supporting strategic partnerships and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage top-of-funnel leads to support business growth
  • Oversee the entire sales process – including presenting offerings, hosting tours, negotiating terms and finalising agreements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and outreach to potential clients
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local market landscape, including competitor activity and pricing trends
  • Drive new revenue by managing the sales pipeline and executing outreach efforts to meet monthly targets
  • Research and identify potential customer segments in new and emerging markets

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of success in a sales-focused role
  • Familiarity with the full sales cycle, ideally within commercial real estate, coworking, or a related industry
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships that drive pipeline growth
  • Skilled in planning and executing outbound sales campaigns
  • Experience with cold outreach, inbound lead management, and CRM systems
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools (e.g., Hubspot, Canva, Apollo.io, OfficeRnD, LinkedIn)
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Previous experience working with real estate brokers, tenant reps, or leasing agents is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
