Our client has an opening for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a rapidly expanding start up, our client is already present in the UK/I, US and Australia.

The role:

  • Maintaining impeccable renewal rates and upselling
  • Data driven and big picture thinker, able to add value long term to customers throughout their journey
  • Proactive not reactive mindset
  • Book of business will be 12-15 strategic accounts

The requirements:

  • Must have at least 3-5 years experience in a CSM role within a SaaS/technical software company
  • A genuine interest in AI
  • Geographically located anywhere in the UK or Ireland
  • Strategic role **So to be considered for this role you need to be working with less than 40 accounts currently**

The package:

  • £70k base + £17,500 annual bonus (£88K OTE)
  • Extensive benefits (health and life insurance, home office set up support, learning subsidy)
  • 25 days PTO (+4 company reset days) and trips to NYC!
