About Our Client

Our Client is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the company’s expansion and cultivate new sales opportunities across the existing and potential client base in the United States.

As a Senior Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the Sales team to execute a US‑focused go‑to‑market plan, aligning activities with regional priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to prospects—articulating our solutions, surfacing their specific challenges and goals, and positioning our offering to meet them.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting and qualifying leads, responding to RFPs, crafting pitches, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and driving upsell opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed quota by converting high‑quality leads into long‑term customers.
  • Create compelling, client‑ready content and deliver engaging product demos in both virtual and face‑to‑face settings.
  • Draft and negotiate pricing proposals that balance client value with commercial objectives.
  • Define contract deliverables in partnership with clients and coordinate internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Shepherd new customers through hand‑off and onboarding, participating in kickoff calls to guarantee a smooth transition.
  • Pitch in wherever needed as the role evolves within our ambitious, US‑focused growth team.
  • Follow the company’s information‑security policy, adhere to operating procedures, and promptly report any security incidents.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • 4–5+ years’ experience driving sales in real estate, capital markets, or enterprise B2B SaaS—ideally at property firms, investment banks, financial institutions, asset‑managers, or similar.
  • Relationship‑builder who puts the customer first and can engage stakeholders across every level of a client organisation.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and convert a sizable sales pipeline.
  • History of winning complex, enterprise‑scale deals in the United States.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a fast‑moving, start‑up‑style team.
  • Self‑starter with ambition, curiosity, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Genuine passion for real estate and sustainability / environmental topics.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms.
