Role overview
Our Client is looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Ecosystems to drive their global partnership strategy. In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and manage a strong network of technology partners, service providers, channel partners, and strategic alliances. Your leadership will be key to expanding market reach, co-creating solutions, and accelerating revenue through a unified partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a global partnership strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets
- Ecosystem Development: Source, assess, and prioritize partnerships across tech, consulting, integration, data, and industry verticals
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain senior-level partnerships to drive joint value and go-to-market success
- Commercial Execution: Negotiate and manage partner agreements, including revenue-sharing, co-developed solutions, and joint marketing initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to embed partnerships into overall business strategy
- Performance & ROI: Define KPIs and monitor partner performance to ensure value creation and strategic alignment
- Market Insight: Track trends, technologies, and competitor moves to refine and evolve partnership strategy
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and conferences; deliver public talks as needed
- Travel: Willing to travel up to 20% as required
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in PropTech, Real Estate, or SaaS
- Expertise in building and scaling impactful partnerships that drive tangible business results
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate and the evolving PropTech ecosystem
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic and growth-focused, with experience leading scalable partner programs
- Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Nice To Have
- Experience in ESG and sustainability-focused tech solutions
- Established network in commercial real estate, CRE tech, or related sectors
- Proven track record in managing global partnerships, particularly across North America and Europe
- Proficient in Salesforce
