Our Client is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a dynamic content strategy that resonates with our target audience and supports our go-to-market efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy across all key channels, including website, blog, email, social media, and customer success stories
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to create content that aligns with go-to-market initiatives and drives customer acquisition
  • Conduct in-depth industry and audience research to inform content creation and ensure relevance and impact
  • Own and manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent, timely delivery of content
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategy and output
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content assets
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to ensure alignment between content strategy and broader marketing campaigns

Experience

  • Experience creating content for B2B SaaS or vertical-specific industries—bonus points for backgrounds in AI or property technology
  • A deep understanding of Product Managers as a key audience—you can speak their language and address their unique challenges
  • End-to-end content marketing experience, from strategy and creation to distribution and performance analysis
  • A collaborative, low-ego mindset with the agility to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
  • 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio highlighting both thought leadership and conversion-driven content
  • Proven ability to create customer-centric content that drives engagement and business outcomes
  • Proficient with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and HubSpot
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing analytics platforms
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Location in Toronto or Austin is preferred, though remote candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
