Role overview

Our Client is looking for a B2B marketing professional to design and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and expand market reach. This role is pivotal in developing comprehensive marketing plans, overseeing high-impact events, and adapting marketing materials for various markets. Additionally, the individual will lead market research initiatives and deliver insightful performance reports to refine and enhance our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive B2B growth. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and regional teams to develop and tailor marketing plans for diverse markets. Your responsibilities will include organising and managing B2B events, leading market research initiatives, and analysing data for key business reviews. As a key team member, you will help shape our B2B strategy and make a direct impact on business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage high-impact B2B events to foster relationships and generate leads.
  • Create and adapt marketing materials to ensure relevance across diverse markets and audiences.
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover key insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver data-driven reports, including weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBR & QBR), to optimise performance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns, including lead generation, events, and CRM-driven strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to optimising performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Background in B2B marketing, digital advertising, or technology-related products and services.
  • Proficiency in CRM and data visualisation tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
