Our Client is looking for a Sales Director with extensive expertise in the residential real estate market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in key markets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in residential owner-operator firms and housing associations.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine value propositions and strengthen market positioning.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and enterprise-level sales, navigating complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to shape business strategy.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS or PropTech sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong network within residential owner-operators, housing associations, or the broader real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experienced leader with a history of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven sales approach with proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Passion for technology and innovation in the real estate industry.
