Role Overview
This senior role oversees operations, asset management, leasing, construction, and property management across the European platform. The position involves managing teams, optimizing leasing strategies, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes budgeting, variance reporting, and ensuring business plan execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee European operations, including budgeting and variance reporting.
• Develop and implement SOPs and policies in collaboration with key teams.
• Build, train, and manage asset management and construction teams.
• Handle lease negotiations, agreements, and tenant relations.
• Manage leasing brokers and third-party property managers.
• Implement ESG initiatives as part of the business strategy.
• Support fund and investor reporting.
• Assist with sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments.
• Contribute to market research, networking, and acquisitions.
• Coordinate property dispositions in collaboration with fund teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Argus).
• Experience in real estate valuation, lease analysis, and investment underwriting.
• Ability to manage business plan execution and team resources.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of last-mile logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience in lease negotiations and transaction closings.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Real Estate (preferred).
• 7-10+ years of real estate experience (logistics experience a plus).
• Fluent in English.

Work Environment & Travel

• Based in Amsterdam with up to 40% annual travel.
• Office-based role with occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 5kg).
